Corrections to a guide

Every page is re-checked against each new release of the program, and anything that changed is corrected on that pass. The date line at the top of each page shows when it was last checked and against which release.

What gets fixed: wrong labels or defaults, wrong file names or hashes, broken links, and steps that no longer match the current release. Each correction is checked against the tagged source before it is published, as the editorial policy describes.

Help with Rufus itself

USB Field Notes is independent and cannot fix the program. Read the official FAQ first. Report a reproducible defect on the official issue tracker with the log from the program's log button, the release number and the ISO name. Security vulnerabilities go privately to the developer, as the project's security policy explains.
